The quintessential Rincon retreat. Located in the popular Puntas neighborhood, Caribbean Surf Villas provide a perfect home base for those looking to vacation in Puerto Rico. Surrounded by popular surfing beaches and with some of the areas best restaurants it attracts the most people in the know without becoming a tourist trap. Caribbean Surf Villas are conveniently situated just a short walk from all the attractions of the main hub, Sandy Beach including Tamboo, Pools, Island House and many other restaurants and bars. While the Villas are close enough to go and enjoy all the excitement of the nightlife they are situated at a distance far enough not to be subjected to all it's noise, making for a far more relaxing atmosphere and a better night's sleep. It allows you to get involved in all the action if you want but also to retreat from it just as easily. The property is slightly up the hill (locally known as "bummer hill") surrounded by palms on three sides allowing for a nice sense of privacy especially when you are enjoying the pool. The hill provides the top floor a perch from which to view Aguadilla Bay to the north. Caribbean Surf Villas function as a prime spot for large gatherings, or for families of varying sizes. There are four separate units containing a total of 2 king-size beds and 8 queen beds sleeping up to 20 people comfortably. Perhaps more valuable than its sleeping arrangements is the availability of common areas. Around the pool and the wrap around verandas on each floor provide ample amounts of outdoor space for everyone to come together. Caribbean Surf Villas shares an adjoining path with our neighbor Characol Che, an exclusive luxury rental property specializing in weddings and formal gatherings with whom we can work in collaboration to facilitate even larger groups between the two properties.
